Billing Terms and Conditions
These Billing Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the Nestlya online store (nestlya.com). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Order & Payment Obligation
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees. All prices are listed in GBP (£).
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
3. Invoicing
An order confirmation and receipt will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment. This serves as your invoice. If you require a VAT invoice, please contact us at support@nestlya.com.
4. Taxes & VAT
Prices include VAT where applicable under UK law. For orders shipped internationally, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Currency & Conversion
All transactions are processed in GBP (£). If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate and/or additional fees. Nestlya is not responsible for any such charges.
6. Failed or Declined Payments

7. Fraudulent Transactions
Nestlya reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
8. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim. Please reach out to us before escalating any billing dispute.
9. Dispute Resolution
For any billing discrepancies or disputes, please contact us at support@nestlya.com within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
10. Changes to These Terms
Nestlya reserves the right to update these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
