Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant - the highest level of security in the payment industry. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely. We never see or store your full credit card details.
Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). If your bank or card issuer uses a different currency, the amount will be converted at the current exchange rate set by your financial institution. Please note that your bank may charge additional currency conversion fees.
When Payment is Taken
Payment is authorized and charged to your account when you complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.
VAT and Taxes
Prices include UK VAT where applicable. For orders shipped to EU countries, VAT will be calculated based on the destination country's rate and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders.

- Cancel the order and receive a full refund
Refunds and Returns
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Once a return is approved and received, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
