SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Origin & Processing

Our products are sourced and dispatched from overseas fulfilment centres (primarily China). This allows us to offer free shipping on all UK orders while maintaining competitive pricing.

Order Cut-Off Time Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, GMT) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time) All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipment details.

Delivery Times — United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch
  • Estimated total delivery time: 6–10 business days from order date (processing + transit)
  • Free shipping on all UK orders
  • Tracking information provided once shipped

Customs & Import Duties — United Kingdom For orders shipped to the UK:

  • Orders valued under £135: VAT is collected at checkout — no additional charges upon delivery
  • Orders valued over £135: customs duties and import VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delays may occasionally occur during customs clearance

Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the link provided in your email.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 48 hours
  • For packages delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@nestlya.com
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues

Undeliverable Packages Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcels may be subject to restocking fees.
